Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Proteinfull Baking Velvety Chocolate Protein Cake Mix (loosely packed, 46g)
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon oil or unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix cake mix, egg white, water, and oil (or applesauce) in a 12-16oz microwave-safe mug or bowl.
  2. Top the batter with the peanut butter.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (1000 watt microwave, adjust time for other wattages).
  4. The peanut butter will be melted at the bottom of your mug cake. Dig in, and enjoy!
