Chocolate Peppermint Cake Balls

Makes 6 cake balls (1 serving)

Ingredients:

I serving prepared Proteinfull Baking Velvety Chocolate Cake
1 rounded tablespoon sugar free cream cheese frosting
a few drops of peppermint flavoring (we recommend alcohol-free flavoring)

1oz sugar-free white chocolate (for the drizzle, optional)
crushed candy cane (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Break the chocolate protein cake into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine the peppermint flavoring with the frosting, and mix well.
  3. Mix the frosting into the cake crumbles, and form 6 balls. Set aside.
  4. Melt the white chocolate, if using, by microwaving in 15 second intervals.
  5. Drizzle white chocolate over the cake balls and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
