Cream Cheese Frosting

Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups, enough to frost 12 cupcakes
Ingredients:
4oz cream cheese or Neufchâtel, softened
2oz butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free recommended)
1/2 cup confectioners erythritol
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Add confectioners erythritol, and beat until fluffy.
- Frost your cake, and enjoy!
- Store refrigerated.
