Cream Cheese Frosting

Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups, enough to frost 12 cupcakes


4oz cream cheese or Neufchâtel, softened
2oz butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free recommended)
1/2 cup confectioners erythritol


  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until combined.
  2. Add confectioners erythritol, and beat until fluffy.
  3. Frost your cake, and enjoy!
  4. Store refrigerated.
