PB&J Mug Cake
Makes 1 serving
1/3 cup Proteinfull Baking Classic Yellow Protein Cake Mix (loosely packed, 44.5g)
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon oil or unsweetened applesauce
3 tablespoons raspberries (fresh or frozen*)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Mix cake mix, egg white, water, and oil or applesauce in a 12-16oz microwave-safe mug or bowl.
- Fold in raspberries.
- Top with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
- Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (1000 watt microwave, adjust time for other wattages). *If using frozen raspberries, add 15-30 seconds extra.
- Let cool and enjoy!
