Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Makes 8 donuts (or 24 mini donuts)
Donut ingredients:
1⅓ cup Proteinfull Baking Classic Yellow Cake Mix (178g)
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
7 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Add pumpkin spice to dry cake mix, and mix to combine.
- Add water, egg whites, and pumpkin. Mix until no lumps remain.
- Spray the donut pan(s) with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour, pipe, or spoon batter into donut cavities in pan.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes if using a dark non-stick pan. Add a few minutes if using silicone pan.
- Let donuts cool completely.
- Frost, and enjoy! Store extras refrigerated.
