Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Makes 8 donuts (or 24 mini donuts)

Donut ingredients:

2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
7 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Add pumpkin spice to dry cake mix, and mix to combine.
  3. Add water, egg whites, and pumpkin. Mix until no lumps remain.
  4. Spray the donut pan(s) with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Pour, pipe, or spoon batter into donut cavities in pan.
  6. Bake for 14-16 minutes if using a dark non-stick pan. Add a few minutes if using silicone pan. 
  7. Let donuts cool completely. 
  8. Frost, and enjoy! Store extras refrigerated.
