1/3 cup Proteinfull Baking Classic Yellow Cake Mix (loosely packed, 44.5g)
1 large egg white
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  1. Mix ingredients in a 12-16oz microwave-safe mug or bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (1000 watt microwave, adjust time for other wattages).
