1/3 cup Proteinfull Baking Classic Yellow Cake Mix (loosely packed, 44.5g)
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon oil or unsweetened applesauce
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, to taste
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
we recommend chocolate sweetened with stevia and erythritol or monk fruit
1 sugar free marshmallow cut into mini marshmallows
- Mix cake mix, egg white, water, oil or applesauce, and cinnamon in a 12-16oz microwave-safe mug or bowl.
- Add chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (1000 watt microwave, adjust time for other wattages).
- Let cool and enjoy!
