1/3 cup Proteinfull Baking Classic Yellow Cake Mix (loosely packed, 44.5g)
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon oil or unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
we recommend chocolate sweetened with stevia and erythritol or monk fruit
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
- Mix cake mix, egg white, water, and oil or applesauce in a 12-16oz microwave-safe mug or bowl.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (1000 watt microwave, adjust time for other wattages).
- Let cool, top with strawberries, and enjoy!
