How much does it coIt st to join the challenge?

It is completey free to join! And while we know our Protein Packed baking mixes will be a great help throughout the challenge, they are not required to purchase in order to join.

Can I eat any kind of protein?

Yes! There is no requirement on what kind of protein counts towards the challenge.  

How to I officially join the challenge?

There are 2 steps.
Step 1: Make sure you register above ↑Step 2: After you register, you will get your challenge packet, which has your pledge card inside. Take a selife with your pledge card of how many grams of protein you pledge to eat everyday and post it in the Facebook group & introduce yourself. That's it!

I don’t have a printer to print my pledge car I still join?

Of course! Many members create a digital version on their pledge card. It definitely does not have to be printed. 

What if I am late joining the challenge?

We highly encourage you to still join! You can start winning weekly prizes right away.  

Do I have to participate in the mini weekly challenges?

No, they are not required. You can do some of them, all of them or none of them. They are just here for a fun way to challenge ourselves further, win more prizes and get to know each other better.
